The key highlights from w/c 29th September 2019 included 90046 working special sleeper ecs (5Z11) hauling MK3 sleeper stock from Polmadie to Bescot in preparation for storage at Long Marston.
In other news, 90020 went to Toton for maintenance after transferring from Doncaster. Also, Freightliner 90s continued to work in pairs on selected intermodal trains between Crewe and Coatbridge. Finally, there were a number of 90s in and out of traffic for all or part of the week, which included 90015, 90021, 90024, 90026, 90028, 90036, 90037 and others.
At the time of writing 90015 could be found out of service at Crewe undergoing heavy planned maintenance. Also, 90003, 90021, 90024, 90028, 90036 and others are out of traffic at Crewe. Finally, 90035 is at Toton for painting.
