The key highlights from w/c 22nd July 2018 included 90020 working the UKR charter out of Euston to Carlisle via WCML with 67020. In addition, 37405 was sent to Liverpool Street to assist a set of stock with 90013 after suffering technical issues.
In other news, pairs of 90s continued to work intermodal freight trains for DB Cargo and Freightliner, which saw 90042/90045; 90028/90040 and 90046/90049 in action. Also, 90018 and 90029 were operating services on the ECML for LNER. Finally, there were a number of 90s in and out of traffic for all or part of the week, which included 90001, 90008, 90011, 90015 and 90024.
At the time of writing 90011 and 90015 could be found out of traffic at Crewe TMD. In addition, 90016 continues to be stopped at Basford Hall for essential repairs. There was nothing else to report at the time of writing.
